Once the form is submitted you’ll be directed to a page that shows your responses. At the bottom of this page will be options to pay for the event.
To complete registration click the BUY NOW button for the symposium and follow the remaining steps. Please note that registration is NOT complete until you have submitted your payment and received payment confirmation.
